    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  2. Shipping Partners
    • We work with trusted courier services to deliver your orders safely and on time.
  3. Delivery Locations
    • We ship across India.
    • International shipping is currently unavailable.
  4. Estimated Delivery Time
    • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping address:
    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
    • Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
    • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Shipping Charges

  1. Standard Shipping
    • Flat-rate shipping charge of ₹50 for orders below ₹500.
    • Free shipping for orders above ₹500.
  2. Expedited Shipping
    • Available at an additional charge. Please select this option during checkout.
  3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • COD is available for select locations at an additional fee of ₹50.

Order Tracking

  1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.
  2. You can track your order through the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.

Delivery Terms

  1. Delivery Delays
    • While we aim to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier partner issues, or remote locations.
    • In case of significant delays, please contact our support team.
  2. Delivery Address
    • Ensure the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate.
    • Larisha Ayurved is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  3. Missed Deliveries
    • If delivery is missed, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery.
    • If the package is returned to us due to non-delivery, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  1. Damaged Products
    • If the product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
    • Provide images of the damaged product and packaging for quick resolution.
  2. Lost Shipments
    • If your order is lost during transit, we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund.

Pincode Serviceability: Certain areas may not be serviceable due to courier restrictions.
