• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

• Used or partially used products.
• Products without original packaging or tampered seals.
• Perishable items, including herbal formulations and oils, unless damaged during transit.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

For Ayurvedic Treatments

• Payments for treatments or consultations are non-refundable once the service is availed.
• Refunds for unutilized treatment sessions may be considered in case of medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, at management’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy

For Product Orders

For Ayurvedic Treatments
